The post office delivered the plant 2 days after the tracking showed it arrived. It was dry and couldn't be saved. The customer service of GrowJoy immediately sent out another one which arrived quickly and in great shape.

GrowJoy really knows what they're doing when it comes to growing plants; vegetable, herbs and flowering and packing them to ship across the United States. I received my babies in fantastic condition. The plant arrived is perfect condition.. or better stated, it survived UPS delivery. GrowJoy advised in big bold print that the package contained PERISHABLE products, but UPS, as usual, ignored the warning and delivered the plants at 7 p.m. keeping them in a hot, Phoenix baked truck all day. If only companies would stop using UPS!!!

All of the Basil plants I ordered looked great when they arrived. Some of my other herb plants didn't seem to looks so well upon arrival but the Basil was great and seems to be doing fantastic in my garden. I'm not sure if it was just the shipping that was traumatic to my other herbs or not but the Dill looked pretty sad when it arrived and still isn't doing so hot in the garden. If you thinking about buying the Basil it's a good purchase.

I love my Basil plant! I re-potted it right away in a big bigger pot, and it's doing so well. I have it inside under a grow light, and it's very happy. I've already used the Basil in several things, and tasted it by itself. It's so flavorful.
