At GrowJoy, we’re committed to delivering healthy, beautiful plants right to your doorstep. Every order is packed by hand using our custom packaging and plant-safe methods to ensure your plants arrived protected and ready to grow.

Smart, Sustainable, Plant-Safe Packaging

We use custom-designed boxes, with plenty of room for plants to breathe, and careful packing techniques to keep your plants secure during transit. Each plant is packed to prevent soil disruption and protect delicate stems and leaves throughout the journey.

Additionally, all of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable, with the exception of our plant pots. The pots are made from plastic, but they serve a second purpose: each one includes a QR code that links directly to that plant's page on our website, so you can access growing tips, plant care, and detailed information anytime you need it.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. Once your order leaves our greenhouse, you'll receive an email with tracking details. We aim to have your plants delivered in time for weekend gardening, with most orders arriving within 2-4 business days after shipping.

Seasonal Shipping Schedule

We ship plants based on your state's average last frost date to ensure optimal planting time. This schedule helps your plants establish successfully without the risk of frost.

Weather-Related Delays

In cases of extreme heat or cold, we may delay your shipment to protect plant health. If your order is affected, we'll notify you by email. Our priority is always sending healthy plants at the right time.

Our No-Risk Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every plant we ship. If something isn't right when your order arrives, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the issue. We'll make it right with you, which, in most cases, will be a refund to your card, so that you can repurchase the plants at your convenience.

Plant & Pot Sizes

All of our plants are grown in pots designed for healthy root development and safe shipping:

• Vegetable plants ship in 2.5-inch square pots
• All other plants, including annuals, perennials, bushes and shrubs, herbs, and mums, ship in quart-sized square pots

Our goal is always to send strong, healthy plants that are the right size for safe transport and quick establishment in your garden.
