Plant Features
Blue Ice Amsonia Plants produce blue, star-shaped flowers that bloom stronger and longer than other varieties. The narrow, willow-shaped, dark green foliage turns a wonderful bright yellow in fall just when the garden needs a splash of color. Bluestar is a tough, easy to grow perennial plants that grow in soils that drain well. Established plants can offer short periods of drought relief. Amsonia attracts early season butterflies; deer and rabbits tend to avoid it.

Comment: First time trying Amsonia. Both plants are full of foliage and have transplanted really well. Will have to wait till spring for blooms. Happy with them for the time being.
