The Brass Lantern Heucherella Plant is a vigorous grower with amazing coloration. Brassy greenish-yellow and gold leaves boast gorgeous red shadows along the mid-ribs of each leaf. As the seasons progress, the red spreads, becoming a bit more muted as the spring's golden leaves start to take on a rosy hue. The fall color is brick red with vibrant orange margins, while winter turns the orange to olive and the brick red to brown.

Comment: With droughts and higher summer temps I have become more and more interested in the Heuchera/Heucherella families since they do well in these conditions. The new colors and textures are just fabulous and can add color to gardens when flowers are few. My plants arrived from GrowJoy in great conditions and are beginning to thrive as the heat of the summer is just kicking in. I am looking forward to seeing them large and full by summers end.
