Bressingham Beauty is a graceful astilbe that produces light feathery plumes of tiny salmon-pink colored blossoms. The bronze-green foliage is not quite as dense as some variations and creates a most striking combination. Bressingham Beauty ships as a bare root. We like growing from bare roots because they establish quickly, become twice the size of a potted plant in the first season, and eliminate the need for plastic pots (a win for the environment).
Common Names: false spirea, false goat's beard
Astilbe Companion Plants: Ferns, Helleborus, Hosta
Bressingham Beauty Astilbe Plant Care Instructions: Plants should never allow to dry out. The spent flowers can be removed or left on for garden interest. Foliage can be trimmed back to the 2-inchs above the ground in early winter.
