Comment: I am very pleased with the way GrowJoy deals with customers whose plants didn't survive the shipping process. My first order arrived in bad shape and the plants eventually died. GrowJoy replaced the plants at no additional cost to me. They arrived in MUCH better shape and I have high hopes for their survival.

Comment: I purchased three begonias for a new window box as they were unavailable in Biloxi because of the heat. They arrived in great shape, although really tall and rangley. After a lot of judicious pinching back, they are bushing out and doing extremely well. Thanks!

Comment: I was happy to get free shipping. Luckily I ordered two. One was in such bad condition when it arrived that I feel sure it is not going to live. I am nursing the other one along and hoping for ONE to survive!

Comment: This is one of my favorite plants. I found it once at a garden center and never since. They grow and flower beautifully in full shade on the north side of my house. My only complaint is the price, which has goes up over $1 per year each plant. However, that being said, I did order 10 this year.
