Clerodendrum Thomsoniae Dicentra Tropical Bleeding Heart Plants are bushy, tropical looking vines. But the real interest is in the delicate looking white 'bag flowers' which hold a mysterious surprise in the form of bright red inner petals that emerge at the tips. These enthusiastic growers will reach 3 to 5 feet in containers and take off to up to fifteen feet in the ground. Also called Glory Bower or Bag Flower, this stunning plant requires a lot of water during the growing season, and demands a well draining soil.
Companion Planting: Astible, Brunnera, Ferns, Helleborus, Hosta, Tiarella

Comment: Arrived super strong and healthy, bloomed almost immediately and from Spring to September so far. (zone 9b) Love it.

Comment: My plant arrived in good condition with small buds. The buds have yet to open. The plant appears healthy even after a month and is growing nicely. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that I waited over a month before finally contacting customer service about where my order was. Somehow it shipped the very next Monday. There definitely seems to be a problem with their ordering system.
