"Delivery man ruined my plants!"

Comment: The plants were delivered to my porch and left in the hot sun rather than in the shade of the roof overhang. The box was very hot when I opened it and the leaves of the plants were crispy around the edges. The roots were cool so I felt there was still hope! I quickly planted and deeply watered them. I see new little leaves starting to emerge. Maybe they will recover. It's sad that perfectly packed plants could be treated so thoughtlessly. Comment: -1 star as the plant is deceased. The major plus is customer service offered refund or store credit [love options]! Really love this plant had them at home in Ohio when a child. over wintered inside with diminished flowering but bounced back once outside again in the summer. Really love the prolific flowering of this plant.
