Plant Features
Considered by many to be the best white-margined variety, Francee Hosta offers the classic dark-green heart-shaped leaves with white edges. It is extremely sun tolerant. Lavender flowers bloom in mid to late summer. Plantain lilies thrive when grown in moist soils with between 2-5 hours of sun. Plants should be divided every 3-5 years; its best to do so in the fall right before the first frost. Hummingbirds and bees are attracted to it flowers.
