Goblin Gaillardia Plants produce bi-color flowers composed of scarlet-red petals with yellow tips that surround a reddish-brown cone. This compact variety blooms from summer into fall. They are great for providing lasting color to fresh flower arrangements. Blanket flowers offer non-stop blooms, thrive in full sun and poor soil conditions (must be well-drained), are drought-tolerant once established, salt-tolerant, and attract butterflies, bees, and wild birds when the seed head dries out.
Companion Planting: Echinacea, Leucanthemum, Rudbeckia

Comment: This is the prettiest shade of red petals I've seen on a Blanket Flower! And the tips look like they were dipped in bright yellow paint! What a beautiful combination with their reddish brown centers. They are growing in our garden grouping of three other Gaillardias of different colors. (also from GrowJoy.) This is my favorite one, and I want to order another. Thank you, GrowJoy! Nancy Gebhardt

Comment: They arrived in well-protected packaging and are now happily planted. I can't yet comment on how they thrive, but if they're like other products from GrowJoy, I expect they'll be terrific.
