Gypsy Melody Dahlia Plant Care Instructions: Plants should only be watered if there is no rain for a week or if the plant starts wilting. If you want more blooms, snip off the top leaf stem once there are at least 3-4 sets of sets of leaves growing. In the fall, after frost has turned the foliage brown, the tubers should be dug back up and stored for the winter.
