Laura Phlox Plants produce gorgeous royal purple blooms with white splashes around the fragrant petals interior all surrounding the blossoms dark eye. It exhibits a high level of mildew resistance, and is wonderful in fresh cut flower arrangements. Laura blooms best when planted in full sun and soil is kept moist. Phlox attracts butterflies, hummingbirds and bees. Deer tend to leave it alone.

Laura Garden Tall Phlox Plant Care Instructions: Keep the plant well-watered for the first 3-4 weeks. For continuous flowering keep the soil most, 2-3 inches of mulch will help. Early spring a great time to add fertilizer, another application can be applied in June. Tall phlox should have their tips trimmed back once the stems have grown about 6 inches in early spring. After the first hard frost they can be trimmed back to the ground.
