Magic™ Purple Aster Plants offer medium, blue-purple flowers that cover most of the green foliage. It is a very early flowering plant and has a medium growing intensity. Asters are the reliable performers of fall gardens. They do best when planted in full sun locations in well-drained soils. Deer and rabbits seldom browse asters; butterflies flock to their late season flowers and wild bird love the small seeds.

Comment: I've never had an aster plant. This one is arrived dark green and very healthy. I have many plants on my deck, and this one will make a great addition in the fall when it is blooming.
