May Night Salvia Plants have the deepest, bluish-purple, absolutely stunning blossoms that bloom above its blue-green, aromatic foliage. Selected as the Perennial Plant of the Year in 1997, it remains one of the most popular varieties to date. Wood sage prefers full sun locations with moist, well-drained soil, but will tolerate dry, poor ones. Once it is established it is very drought tolerant. Comment: Surprised how healthy my plants looked from being manhandled with mail and not drooping from lack of water. What a great job of packing. Very inventive system with your safe method to keep the plants from falling all over inside the box. Will be buying more plants!!
