Neon™ Flare Tall Phlox Plant is a compact selection bearing full and generous clusters of blossoms, each flower having a deep red heart surrounded by a neon pink areola giving way to barely pinkish-white petals edged and tipped in that startling vivid neon pink. The first in the Neon series by Darwin Perennials, this phlox is well-branched, mildew-resistant and packs a whole lot of fragrance into each dense flower cluster. Mmmmmm.
