Old Glory Hosta's heart shaped leaves and striking golden yellow centers make it a classic for hosta lovers everywhere. The strong, ribbed foliage make it an excellent choice for ground cover, and the purple blooms add an extra show in the heat of midsummer. Old Glory is considered to be one of the finest hostas available! Plantain lilies thrive when grown in moist soils with between 2-5 hours of sun. Plants should be divided every 3-5 years; its best to do so in the fall right before the first frost. Hummingbirds and bees are attracted to it flowers.
