The peppers ripen from a green to a dark chocolate brown and grow from 6-8-inches in length. When harvested green, they offer an even milder heat, as low as 250 Scoville units. Plants produce a huge amount of peppers. Pasilla Bajio will grow in even the hottest weather!
We grow our Pasilla Bajio Pepper Plants organically and guarantee them to arrive alive and thriving!

Comment: This is a really nice plant. The Pasilla is tall, has a thick stem and was already flowering when I got it! There's already a little pepper growing out of the flower. The root system looks great and it seems to be very happy in it's new pot. Can't wait to eat those peppers!
