Plant Features
Our Purple Porterweed Plant is also a medium-sized variety very similar to Lavender Porterweed, but with blossoms a much richer color of purple, and quite velvety looking. The two planted together make a very striking display. This reliable tender perennial will remain evergreen in frost-free zones, will come back from the roots when well-mulched in areas with mild winters and will almost always reseed readily.
