Plant Features
Silver King Sempervivum Plants produce symmetrical rosettes of sage-green leaves, tinged with silver, and under colder conditions, becoming generously splashed with shades of rosy-pink, a beautiful contrast to frost and snow that may be present. As these salt-tolerant plants mature, the older rosettes will send up strong, upright stems with bristling, scaly leaves that are crowned with clusters of small, star-shaped, pink blossoms. After flowering, the older rosettes will die off, nature's way of making room for the new chicks to grow into mature hens.
