Snow Crown Cauliflower Plants produce fully sized, 7-inch, solid-white heads that are perfect for eating fresh or cooking. This easy to grow variety is both vigorous, fast growing, and early maturing and offers 1-2-pound heads. It is best to tie up the leaves if you want to a very white head, and is very tolerant of fall frosting.
