Superbena Royale® Chambray Verbena offers a more compact habit with large purple clusters of self-cleaning blossoms. With its mounded, trailing habit, it can be used both as a filler or thriller when grown in containers. If used in landscaping, it does best towards the front of the bed. Thrives in the heat and resists powdery mildew. What’s not to love!

Comment: These plants have grown and spread and thrived and have bloomed constantly. The individual blossoms are also very lovely. Yes, Verbena bloom best when they are deadheaded regularly, and these are no exception, so they do involve a little work. BUT when I compare the very small amount of work needed to the gorgeous and very showy results, there is no question. I'd recommend these plants to anyone.
