Sage-Tricolor Herb Plants produce green, white, and pink or purple variegated leaves and the colors intensify in a full-sun garden. Tricolor Sage is a drought-hardy evergreen that requires little maintenance. Its main culinary use is for flavoring duck and turkey, as it's thought to aid in the digestion of rich foods. It's also used in vegetables, soups, dressings and fish. Harvest leaves throughout the growing season to encourage growth until frost and use fresh or dried, either chopped, crushed or ground.

Comment: Ordered it a year ago. It arrived healthy and grew nicely during the summer. I used it fresh and dried some for the winter. It survived a very harsh winter we had in the NorthEast. Can't wait to use it again this year!
