Sage-Tricolor Herb Plants produce green, white, and pink or purple variegated leaves that are used to flavor duck and turkey, as well as used in vegetables, soups, dressings and fish. Harvest leaves throughout the growing season to encourage growth until frost and use fresh or dried, either chopped, crushed or ground. Sage grows best in full sun with well-drained soil. It is drought tolerant once established. It can be grown indoors next to a south facing window. If grown indoors, potting mix should slightly dry before watering.
