Voodoo Fuchsia plant had to have been named for its magical, and near impossible, color combination! Large, vivid red teardrop buds open to reveal a fantastic double, wildly purple corolla below the swept back sepals that just seem to be cheering! Long red stamens complete this plants amazing look! Known to attract hummingbirds, it produces a semi-trailing habit.

Voodoo Fuchsia Plant Care Instructions: Plants perform best when soil is kept moist and not allowed to dry out. During the hottest days it may require watering twice per day. A liquid fertilizer with no less than a 10-10-10 NPK rating should be added two times per week. Plants can be trimmed back by 1/3 once the flowering slows down. This will help the plant to push out a new round of flowers.

Comment: We have a Fuchsia bed that was supposed to have more shade than it does due to a tree limb that was removed. Nonetheless, all the Fuchsia are doing fine and flowering. They are all gorgeous and all from growjoy.

Comment: Not only does this plant look amazing, you can eat the flowers and the berries it produces. The flowers taste like a sweet lettuce and the berries are similar to blueberries. My iguana and I share the flowers.
