White Vienna Kohlrabi is an easy to grow plant produces a sweet, tasty bulb that can be cooked or eaten fresh. For the best flavor, harvest the bulbs between 2-2-1/2 inches across. The creamy-white flesh is sweetest when grown in cooler temps. Plants are very adaptable to weather.
