Wrinkle in Time Hosta sports a signature wave in its leaves that give it its signature look. Leaves have deep green centers with bright yellow margins that mature to bright white in summer. Tall lavender flowers arrive in summer. It's a beautiful hosta! Offers good slug resistance. Hummingbirds and bees are attracted to its flowers. Wrinkle in Time ships as a bare root. We like growing from bare roots because they establish quickly, become twice the size of a potted plant in the first season, and eliminate the need for plastic pots (a win for the environment).

Wrinkle in Time Hosta Plant Care Instructions: Soil should be kept moist during the early part of the season. Once the summer heat sets in, the soil can dry slightly between waterings. In late fall, after frost has turned the foliage brown, it should be cut back to the ground. Roots should be divided every 3-5 years. Early fall or early spring is an excellent time to divide. Spring is also the best time to apply one application of liquid fertilizer.
