Comment: Quick shipment, carefully packaged. Well I contacted customer service with concerns about the health of my Stevia plant. Cassandra immediately responded and made me aware of their guarantee and offered to send me a replacement plant. Thank you Cassandra for offering a solution.

Comment: I was so excited when my Stevie plant arrived within very few days, I was beyond elated. They are strong and growing bigger...they arrived with good height as well as healthy. I will only continue coming back to this company. I am limited on space or I'd really have some serious plants in numbers going. I'm so glad that I've found you and you are concerned that each plant arrives in excellent condition, now that's what I call a company worth dealing with!!

I called before ordering and immediately was given information about how the plants were doing before being sent out, how they would be packaged, how to care for them and how to use them.
