Bloomsdale Heirloom Spinach is a slow-bolting variety that produces buttery tasting, thick, dark green leaves. These nutritious leaves are best used fresh. Plants are slow to bolt and offer high yields. Cut leaves individually or cut the whole plant to 1-inch above the base to promote new growth.

I was very excited to see that GrowJoy offered this variety and didn’t make me buy a certain amount of plants at a time to get it.
