Dukat Dill Herb Plants produce foliage that is especially sweet and mellow with higher oil content. Its foliage is used in Scandinavian dishes, salads and dressings, in sauces and, most deliciously, over grilled salmon and the heads can reach up to 10" across. Dill is especially easy to grow, attracts beneficial insects and is a host plant for Swallowtail butterflies.
Dukat Dill Plant Care Instructions: Dill can be harvested throughout the season. It is best to take stems from the top of the plants first. Harvest no more than 1/3 of the plant at a time. Seed heads should not be allowed to develop. Plants can be cut back to the ground after the first frost. Dill does not survive the winter; however, it sometime self-seeds and sprouts will appear in the spring.
