Amelia tomatoes: robust, flavorful, and resistant to heat and disease—perfect for any gardener! This variety consistently produces delicious, 10-ounce tomatoes over a 3-4-week period. Additionally, Amelia is renowned for its exceptional resistance to conditions like cracking, Fusarium wilt across multiple races, nematodes, Stemphyllium, and the challenging Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus (TSWV).

Amelia's growing needs are straightforward: it requires at least six hours of sunlight daily and prefers well-drained soil. It thrives in growing zones 4 through 11 and benefits from consistent moisture—enough to keep the soil moist but not waterlogged. Regular fertilization every 3-4 weeks after transplanting will encourage vigorous growth and fruitful harvests. Support your Amelia tomatoes with cages, netting, or stakes to keep the vines manageable and productive.

Protect your Amelia tomatoes from common pests like green caterpillars by regularly inspecting the plants and removing pests by hand. To prevent blight and other foliar diseases, avoid watering the foliage directly and apply natural preventatives such as Serenade Garden Disease Control or a copper fungicide when needed.

Amelia tomatoes are ready for harvest when their skin yields slightly to finger pressure, typically ripening within a 4-week window. This plant not only produces a bountiful harvest but also serves as an excellent companion to carrots, chives, garlic bulbs, onions, marigolds, and parsley, which can help deter pests and enhance growth conditions.

Our commitment to natural growing methods ensures that each Amelia tomato plant is healthy, robust, and guaranteed to arrive alive and thriving. Embark on your gardening journey with Amelia and enjoy the taste of success in every bite!

Awesome Plants

I've never ordered from Growjoy before. I must admit I was a bit hesitant. My order arrived as promised. All the plants were packaged as to prevent any damage. They are in the ground now and I can't wait! This was a great experience. I will update with pictures as the season progresses.

First time order

Ordering was very simple. Plants arrived in great condition. I have never planted this type of tomato plant before and I’m looking forward to seeing what it produces. However I cannot plan for another three weeks in my area as were still expecting snow. I hope the plant last indoors until I can plant outside.

Tomato

The tomato plant arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I just planted it a few days ago and it already has a blossom on it.
