Plant Features

Double Take™ Orange Storm Chaenomeles Plants produce masses of double, rich, brilliantly orange flowers that closely resemble a Camellia. Unlike most Quinces, the Double Take series has given the genus a complete makeover, eliminating the thorns and the fruit, but adding superb drought and moderate salt tolerance along with growing in a wide range of soil types. They'll tolerate partial shade well, but will produce the most fantastic blooms when in full sun. Flowering Quince plants are wonderful for attracting early season hummingbirds.

Worth the wait!

With shrubs, there is often a delay after ordering at Growjoy until thd plants are ready. I ordered two of these and they were really worth the wait. They are growing beautifully in a part sun section of the yard
