Plant Features

Open Hearth Hemerocallis Plant is aptly named due to its blossoms that flaunt so many shades of a heart-warming fire. A greenish-yellow eye and throat flares outwards to change each separate petal and sepal to a warm orange and then to fiery-red at the tip. The stamens extending from the center are also a beautiful orange, reminiscent of flames. Unlike many Daylilies, the petals are not so much supported by the sepals, as they are complemented by them. You will love this one!
