This was my BEST producing tomato, last year. Even when temps were over 90, there was very little blossom drop. While tomatoes like Paul Robeson, Marianna’s Peace, and some of the other heirlooms I’ve grown go into the "best tasting” category, they also can be much too fragile for our hot, humid Southern summers. I am, most definitely, ordering this one, again!

My heirloom tomato plant arrived the other day, I was worried how it would arrive such a small plant being shipped by truck. It arrived in one piece and after watering it it's growing nicely, it is sitting on my window ledge, inside my kitchen, it has grown nicely just after a few days, I will be buying a new pot this week and am already looking forward to enjoying tomatos in a few months.

I ordered 5 Heirloom plants of different varieties. The Creole plant was stressed from delayed UPS shipping in unseasonably hot weather and died. GrowJoy quickly replaced the plant. The replacement plant is currently growing and looks great. Can't comment on the tomato because it will be weeks before it matures but GrowJoy service is exceptional. The packaging for shipping live plants is unique but can't expect all plants to arrive alive in the given condition. Six star rating for a seller that produces live plants that are difficult or impossible to purchase from local vendors

I was very happy to receive this tomato plant. It was carefully packaged and the soil was still moist. I was impressed with how thick the stem was and how green the leaves were. I put this Creole tomato in my aeroponics system, which meant I had to wash away all the soil. I was really impressed with how long and healthy-looking the roots were. I was worried the shock of transplanting to a new growing system would hurt the plant, but it didn't. There are no signs of stress and it still looks very vibrant. I can't wait to try the tomatoes!

These plants grow well in a large container on a deck exposed to full day sun . Be sure to mulch to hold in the soil moisture . Produces nice sized tomatoes

The plant arrived in good condition. I have grown this variety before, planted in a container on a sunny deck, seems to hold up well in the summer heat .

These seem to tolerate being grown from containers on a sunny back deck area. Produces consistanely sized fruits .

The plants arrived at on the first day of the 'ship by' window, looking great! They were bigger than I anticipated, and made the transition to my garden very quickly. Can't wait to taste the tomatoes!

First your plants are in excellent condition, most importantly they arrive when you promise they will arrive and they are in great condition and don't look like dried up cinders. The Creole Heirloom Tomato plants which I purchase have excellent flavor and when stuffed with jumbo lump crab meat is second to none. Keep up the great work!

Tomato plants were delivered very healthy and are beautiful! We ordered the plants a little late in the season for live plants to be shipped but they arrived in great condition. I will definitely be buying from GrowJoy again.

This tomato has that classic tomato flavor that keeps you coming back for tomatoes. It has a soft skin, so as soon as it is ripe, eat it up! It held up to the weather here in South Florida-full sun, drought, downpours. It looked ragged but made it. I like this tomato for the nostalgia of Louisiana and the South. Yes, you could find a tomato with more flavor, more prolific producer,larger tomatoes. The shipping and packaging from GrowJoy is always great! My plants have always arrived safe and alive. And in a timely manner.
