Beet plants

I received my beet plants and I just planted them so as far as the beets themselves, I can't give a review yet but as far as the plants, they arrived packed so well and fresh. I planted them in a day or so in a container and they seem very happy where they're at. I really hope that they will weather this hurricane that is going to be visiting us over the next few days. I believe that I have protected them pretty well, we'll see!!

Great Plants

This is the first time that I have tried to grow red beets. Very exciting. I am close to harvesting my first beets. I will definitely be ordering from GrowJoy again!

Very Pleased

Read reviews about terrible customer service and delivery from June, July. My plants arrived on time and in great shape via FedEx. I had needed to contact customer service and they don’t have a ph# listed On Their website. However they are prompt in replying to customer service requests when you submit via their website. This is first time ordering from Growjoy and will do so again next year.

Exited for Beets!

I planted Detroit Red Beets a few weeks ago and am already thrilled with the outcome. To begin with, the starts from GrowJoy had more plants than I expected and they plants are already twice their original size. Root vegetable have always been a challenge for me in the rocky and clay-y soil of Pennsylvania, but all the root veggies I have ever ordered from GrowJoy have thrived. I can't wait to pickle in a few weeks!

Perfect purchase

Purchase went off without a hitch. Plants arrived in intact with no issues during shipment. Plants were planted and are thriving already. Can't wait till my next purchase.

Beet plant

The plant looked weak when it arrived. I went ahead and planted it but it has really revived. This is my first attempt at beets so I’m not sure if it takes them awhile to get big and strong.

The beet plants arrived in great condition. They were packaged very well and well hydrated upon arrival. I planted them in my raised-bed garden and they are flourishing! They are growing by the day and look so healthy. One month to go until we have our beets - can't wait.

This was my first time ordering plants online so I did not know what to expect. The Detroit Dark Red Heirloom Beet plants I ordered came in a separate shipment about 1 week after the bulk of my order. The company contacted me first to notify me that the plants weren't quite ready. I appreciate that they didn't send them too soon and decrease their chance of survival. So far everything is doing very well! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

so many Beets!

The description says that there are 3-4 plants per pot. I received 1 with 4 strong plants. The rest had over 20! I teased them apart gently and planted them about 5 days ago. They all bounced back and look fantastic. I am looking forward to a bumper fall weather crop.
