Gartenmeister Fuchsia Plants are an upright variety with un-fuchsia clusters of salmon-pink, long, slender, tubular flowers that resemble trumpets. With self-cleaning blossoms that bloom profusely, this plant is no hassle! Fuchsia is a season long bloomer for hummingbird gardens.

Gartenmeister Fuchsia Plant Care Instructions: Plants perform best when soil is kept moist and not allowed to dry out. During the hottest days it may require watering twice per day. A liquid fertilizer with no less than a 10-10-10 NPK rating should be added two times per week. Plants can be trimmed back by 1/3 once the flowering slows down. This will help the plant to push out a new round of flowers.

Comment: Plants arrived in excellent shape. All five had blooms on them already. Two weeks after planting they are all growing well. We have seen a hummingbird at them a couple of times so far this season which is much earlier than we usually see them. Would recommend Gartenmeister Fuchsia for anyone interested in having hummingbirds in their yard.
