Plant Features

Surfinia® Yellow Petunia Plant is a trailing variety, growing in the garden up to 8 feet in diameter; trailing from your pots sometimes in excess of 4 feet. We think yellow is a somewhat "simplified" name for this color; it just does not adequately describe these blossoms. Star-shaped and gently ruffled, these flowers are barely yellow and almost translucent. Known to attract hummingbirds, you can see all the fine venation throughout each petal, giving this blossom an incredibly lacy appearance! Petunia flowers produce a sugary nectar that hummingbirds and butterflies love.

Companion Planting: Gaura, Salvia, Lobelia, Snapdragon, Coleus

Surfinia® Yellow Petunia Plant Care Instructions: For optimal performance, keep your plants well-watered. Choose containers with functioning drain holes as petunias will not tolerate wet feet. Besides removing any flowers that do not self-clean, the only thing you’ll need to do with these beauties is to trim them back if they get too large.

Stunning and tough!

These are wonderful contrasts to the Surfinia Petunias, and are staples in my garden. They seem to withstand the extreme winds we have and repopulate quickly if hit by hail or other elements. Love these!

Already blooming

The Surfinia Yellow Petunias arrived not too long ago and they already started blooming. Thank you!
