Tequila Sunrise Tall Phlox Plant is also known as summer phlox, and is one of the newest selections from breeder Jan Verschoor of Darwin Perennials. Known to attract butterflies, and each lush flower cluster bears blossoms with a deep red eye accented with tiny white anthers, all of which is coddled by a petite hot pink halo and then surrounded by the deepest, most intense shade of salmon orange possible. Stir your Tequila Sunrise to get this color!

Tequila Sunrise Tall Phlox Plant Care Instructions: Keep the plant well-watered for the first 3-4 weeks. For continuous flowering keep the soil most, 2-3 inches of mulch will help. Early spring a great time to add fertilizer, another application can be applied in June. Tall phlox should have their tips trimmed back once the stems have grown about 6 inches in early spring. After the first hard frost they can be trimmed back to the ground.
